Overly obsessed with miso soup lately.
Firstly, its vegan! Secondly, its extremely easy to make! And best of all, it taste good!!
This was miso soup w white melons n some feta cheese for extra texture. Made over lunch, quick, yummy n flavourful without adding any salt.
Also had a noodles Version, with butter corn, soy milk for a creamy texture. Kinda like the pork broth in ramen.
I uses white miso paste instead as its not so salty. Not necessary, but you can add in mirin too. There is this light charming alcohol taste to the soup! Hahas. 😂😄😁😅
