Baked Vege in Cream Sauce
preheat oven to 170 degrees.
* 1 corn cob
* 2 carrots
* 1 floret of broccoli
* 8 baby potatoes
* 10 white button mushrooms
* 2 packing of cooking cream
* 150g of butter (i used anchor butter)
* a small glass of white wine (optional)
* sea salt
* black pepper
bake for 1 hour.
I pan fried the corn, mushrooms and baby potatoes separately first. I like the Char taste to them.
the rest of the vege would be brocolli and carrots which is uncooked.. mix all together in the baking tray.
then I pour in white wine, cream and butter.
Now sending them all into the oven!
After 1 hour, its all done!
