It was a really busy month for me! I was so drained and lazy to log onto social media.
Last weekend I made vegan curry which lasted us for 2 days.. 😂😂😂
I tend to over-portion my ingredients and ended up cooking for a village instead.
But.. this curry has the hub raving!!!!
It’s makes me feel so happy! He really love his meat and hate whenever he can’t have it in his meal.
In this pot, I had taupok, potatoes, cabbage, mock burdock meat and mushrooms.
For the bread, I toasted them in the air fryer, butter up with vegan butter.
